Here is the first disc in what I would hope to be a series which would gather up as many of the solo Beatles rarities as humanly possible. Rather than just do an “All Paul” or “All George” disc, I tried to mix it up, with the idea being to have the disc something you could listen to straight through for enjoyment. The latest “rarities” on this collection would be the two “Download Bonus Tracks” that one would receive should one pre-order the ‘Band On The Run’ reissue through Paul McCartney’s website. Yeah, I did THAT just so I can have this disc be extra special! BTW, for you guys who keep requesting FLAC, I don’t know about FLAC, but I’m hoping to have these torrents up in Apple Lossless by the end of the year. The only problem is for me to devote time to THAT, it takes away from the time I could be using to put together new titles! As I have many exciting ideas that I’d like to see come to fruition, the prospect of revisiting stuff I had finished months ago isn’t very appealing… But sit tight and I’m sure patience will be rewarded…EVENTUALLY! I wanted to get this out before the ‘BOTR’ reissue hit. Well, at least here in America I managed to accomplish it! Of course as is my norm, I’ve also done cover + disc art so you have something to look at while listening to the audio goodies enclosed. Thanks to all who have had kind words to say, or, even better, who have SHARED their stuff with me. That reminds me… As you can see, this is “Volume One”. While I DO have stuff lined up for future volumes, there’s still lotsa stuff that I DON’T have.
